Manager Reports

Business Lease provides clients with car fleets of more than 10 cars with a quarterly report containing the following information:

list of active cars, ordered cars, returned cars and cars which should be returned or replaced within 6 months
comparison of driven km and km remaining in the contract
list of insurance events
usage of substitute car

If required, the report can be sent also on monthly basis.

Our priority is to provide our clients with the most accurate report possible. This requires good two-way communication, and the client should provide us with updated information of driven kilometres. If the client is using fuel cards and inputs the correct kilometres, there is no need to inform us about kilometres driven.
