Our company will provide adequate insurance for your car fleet. Our aim is to arrange insurance policies providing the minimum possible rates without jeopardizing the extent of indemnity – the highest possible quality at the lowest possible price.

Provision for substitute car

In case the lessee or user cannot make use of his car properly due to any reason, a substitute car has to be arranged for him. To settle such cases Business Lease has prepared a special service providing substitute cars of the same or lower category than the car used.

The use of a substitute car must be efficient for the lessee; that is why a time limit is fixed under agreement with the lessee after which expiration the user will have the right to be provided with a substitute car. As a rule, the period is fixed as 24 hours. Thus, if the repair of a car takes more than 24 hours a substitute car will be provided to the user.

When enjoying this service the lessee will pay monthly advances as part of the leasing charges. Actual costs connected to the use of substitute cars will then be set off against the advance amount saved up. In the event that the costs associated with a substitute car can be claimed from an insurance company, Business Lease will start this procedure. Upon termination of the Lease Contract exact clearance of all liabilities and receivables will take place between Business Lease and the lessee.

When ensuring a substitute car Business Lease cooperates with authorized car dealers and renowned car hire services with local, national and international competence. Here, speed, quality and price are the principal criteria for cooperation. Naturally, Business Lease makes use of individual advantageous tariffs agreed upon between Business Lease and contractors.

- National coverage (Czech Republic only)

- International coverage (throughout Europe)

Fuel management

Why not take the concern over fuel administration off your hands? If you decide to take the advantages of this option within your services package, you’ll receive a fuel card with a PIN code that can be used to fuel up at petrol stations throughout the CzechRepublic.

If you want worry-free fuelling up abroad, we can also provide you with an international fuel card. You automatically receive a periodic report on all aspects of fuel management.
