Replacement Car

When a replacement car is required as a substitute for a disabled car, the car user needs to contact Business Lease.

Business Lease will arrange a replacement car through a dealer or, if necessary, through other services (such as car hire companies). We will send an order, thereby undertaking to pay for the service, but the car user who picks up the replacement car will be required to sign the applicable car hire contract and handover certificate.

Terms and conditions of the relevant contract need to be studied in detail and Business Lease should be contacted immediately if any discrepancies arise prior to signing a car hire contract. Instructions specified in the relevant contract (or car hire rules) must be adhered to, as a failure to do so poses a risk of additional claims from the relevant car hire organization for the car user.
