Insurance Incident Reporting Online
To report claims online:
• After clicking on the section "I am the driver" please enter the vehicle registration number and click on "Create".
• Complete the questionnaire with the required information and attach the required documents.
• Then click on Send.
• The application will automatically send you an e-mail, which will include an “incident number”.
• Please communicate this number to the service technician when you visit the repairer. He will be able to access the report and complete it.
• You can reopen the report if you wish to update the information by entering the incident number and vehicle registration number.
• Please use the preferred way - fill in the questionnaire directly with the service technician.
